Wildly convenient location to attend a Vibrant Music Hall event immediately next door via a special sidewalk. And very welcoming to my doggie. He had the best vacation and so did I! Shout out to Almira who took great care of us! All staff was very kind and courteous.

The hotel was perfect for my daughter and I. We stayed there after the RKS concert and it was just so nice. The location was great and staff was wonderful!

Great concept with a few holes

I stayed with my sister and nieces for one evening in a double room.
Pros
-lobby had many spaces for hanging out and interacting and people were using them. Playing games, etc
- fun decor modern feel
- saltwater pool and outdoor patio were great
- close to concert venue
Cons
- small room with terrible open bathroom layout. There was little room to even move around the furniture in the bed area, but the bathroom was open with barn door toilet stall and fake walls dividing the space. I see it’s a design choice but a poor one
- this hotel really needs to have a free breakfast. The had stale bagels etc for purchase that was higher priced than Starbucks a block away. Being a family hotel, it really would be easier not to have to search for breakfast in the am

Would not recommend

Our stay at this Aloft was extremely disappointing. The room smelled like dead fish from the moment we walked in. When we called the front desk about it, we were told they were the only staff member in the entire hotel and no one was available to address room issues.
Basic amenities were a problem too — we had just one bath towel and no toilet paper in the room. There’s no daily housekeeping or room service, so if you need something as simple as toilet paper or an extra towel, you have to walk down to the front desk yourself to get it.
For a Marriott-branded property, this fell well below the standard I’d expect. Severely understaffed and underserviced. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
