Run Away, don't stay
Worst motel ever. Extremely run down little place. Nasty, nasty carpet, filthy room, pool has been empty for a very long time gate not lockedfor safety. Bare wires in process of repair per fire inspection violations. This place is a real dive.

Common Courtesy!
I stayed at this motel for a couple of nights. When I got home I noticed that one of my favorite shirts was missing. I concluded that I’d left it at the motel. Sure enough, when I called them they said they had the shirt. Now, the cynic in me might worry that the clean up people had found this nice shirt and could have kept it. But, thankfully, that wasn’t the case. I ask them to mail this shirt to me and that I would pay for the shipping. In no time, I received the shirt and they had paid the shipping fee. Even though it was very cheap to ship it to me, I thought it was a really nice gesture that they paid for it. I think the management are really good people!
By the way, this is not a luxurious motel. It’s perfect if you’re on a budget and just using it as a base.

Terrible Place
the place is very expensive, I stayed three days and they never cleaned my room. the room was dirty at first, the internet is super slow and the TV doesn't work. old and overgrown place.in the morning of departure the owner did nothing but ask me when I would leave the room even though check out was at 11.30

The lowest point.
This place should not appear on any booking website! If I hadn't had a non-refundable registration, I wouldn't even have gotten out of the car. A half dozen unkempt people were gathered smoking outside a room; apparently a social gathering of longtime residents. One emerged & walked toward the office, hence identifying himself as the manager. The buildings & grounds were dirty & in disrepair; peeling paint everywhere, dirt & leaves on sidewalks & room entries, refuse on the grounds & parking lot (see photos). The refrigerator was scummy; the sink apparatus was broken; the lock/doorjam showed evidence of forceful entry. I did use the bed, but tried not to touch anything else unnecessarily. Left ASAP.

Worse motel I have ever stayed in int 45 years of travel
The other reviews talk about how now the "inkeepers" are and I will agree to that, BUT......... The south rooms are all old, dirty, noisy, need paint, fixtures are extremely old and broken, carpets stained and these are the rooms they want to give out. If they don't want to paint the place then just wash the walls please and renew the towels and soap please. After two nights of a three night stay where my towels and consumables were not renewed I demanded a nicer and quieter room and I got one on the West side of the property. I wish I had one of these rooms in the first place and I would have happily given this place a 4+ star rating. There was NO continental breakfast or even coffee. The internet was intermittent at best and slow. The towels were not refreshed at all. The soap bars are slivers and they didn't not replenish them either. Willits has a plethora of old motels and I would suggest searching for anything but this place. So sad I have to give this review as the place has potential. But the real kicker is I paid $82 for this room wth taxes. If I paid, say $40 for the room in todays market I would not be complaining but this room was awful. Next time I go to Willits I will be getting a much better room.
