Too old bath towels

Hotel well located, attentive receptionists. We stayed in a king standard suite, bed and comfortable pillows, however, the bath towels were very old and worn out, including with hole. It was necessary to request a change twice and the maid said that unfortunately few towels were good. That doesn't fit in with a 4-star hotel.

Roasted towels, clogged bathtub, coffee without variety

The breakfast has no variety of fruits, the mixed egg is cold and there is no natural yogurt: bad for those who eat healthy. There's just bread and more bread. Dirty cup and cutlery.
The curtain of the bathtub was with a strong smell, besides that we warned for 2 days in a row that the bathtub was clogged. When bathing, the water was completely stalled. It was a terrible experience. Dry towels. Although central, the surroundings of the hotel are quite marginalized.

Comfortable room with a great bed. Better than I expected for the price. Great staff. Restaurants in walking distance.

Let's start with positive impressions. The hotel has very nice foyer, friendly front desk and good location. Our room was spacious with many comfort points like the bed and armchairs. Convenient table and office chair, universal plug. Bedsheets were clean and pillows comfortable.
Now the negative ones. Awfully slow Wi-Fi that kept disconnecting. The toilet smelled urine. The seat was missing a screw and the other screw was barely holding it, with yellow stain (most probably dry urine). The sink water was evacuating very slowly, because the drain pipe was squished
In several spots. I reported the problems (except the smell thinking it was just an omission) to the front desk and was promised to have the problems fixed. When we came back in the evening nothing was done. The toilet seat or the floor were not washed.
