This is our second time this year that we stayed @ Gema Luxury Hotel and are very happy with our stay. Everyone from the front desk & housekeeping personnel are very attentive and willing to help and make your stay a comfortable one. Will definitely come back.

Unwillingness, little interest in solving a problem in the room

I made the reservation and all there was was was a quadruple room. Reserve the same. But when I entered the room there were 4 one-seater beds, there was not a single two-seater. They refused to make a change on the grounds that I had booked a quadruple and that in the photos of the hotel there was a picture with a room with 4 beds of one place and that was already information enough. They refused to make exchanges or returns. Conclusion: I went to another hotel (one block) that I was treated correctly. They kept the one-night rate, in return they lost a client who also goes to make bad recommendations about the hotel. But impossible short-sightedness.

Excellent location

- Very well located. Near the river (Rambla), close to bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarket, currency exchange etc.
- Ample suite, with American kitchen (flat type, with microwave, kettle, cutlery dishes)
- Breakfast (optional) very simple/few items!

Very good service, the coffee of the manha very good, the indications for tours excellent, a very nice place to stay and close to everything: restaurants, cafes, shoope, souvenir shops, transportation such as taxi, onibus, uber well cool and a wonderful climate.

Our staying was amazing. We stayed in a 4 beds room. Very spacious and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable as well.
The staff was very kind and always very helpful. The hotel is very well located, close to the beach and many shops around.
