Very good experience.
Very comfortable room, excellent climate control, excellent cleanliness, very comfortable beds.
The breakfast was very good, the Arcadia buffet lunch was decent, dinner at Victoria was tasty, relaxed, and had very good service.
It is a very good hotel, the only thing I would change is the service at the front desk, which depends on who helps you as to whether you have a good experience or not.
The other thing, and no less important, is that on the weekend of 07/10-11-12 there were morning and evening events, with a significant influx of people not staying at the hotel, which generated crowds in the lobby and especially in the elevators, with the difficulty and delays that this generates. But the most uncomfortable part was the events on Saturday night, where there was traffic of people not staying at the hotel who, because the screen was showing a World Cup match, stayed in the lounge, some of them consuming drinks from flasks and with certain strange behavior that generated discomfort and a feeling of insecurity.
Except for this last part, it was a very good experience and we will return.

Hotel well located but with poor service
We were 4 guests and every day they arranged the bathroom with 1 or 2 towels, and upon request it took more than 1 hour to show up with towels. And those sheets and towels were well wrapped.
Breakfast varied, but with poor service due to lack of education of the staff, who with simple things sculpt the guest.
I put a roll of bread to warm up and the employee gave a scandal saying that there could only another bread (was it written? How to guess? All the breads were in the same basket, and I have to guess which one she thinks can warm and which one eats cold?)
Some breakfast restaurant staff are rude with the guests and realized that hygiene goes away from training.
Some oranges fell on the floor of the juice machine gesture and the employee took off the floor and put back in the basket (where the juice would be made), without washing anything.
The hotel is quite old, does not correspond to the star rating it spreads.

A hotel ok
Good condition.
The bed and towels are great, but the shower is not fixed which leaves the bath bad.
Miniature fridge that doesn't freeze.
Breakfast ok.
The restaurant is good, but the live music is very loud.
