A disaster
A disaster: frozen pool and the shower water does not come out hot, you complain at the reception and they do nothing. We paid 120 dollars a night and I could not bathe my children with hot water
The room is full of mold and the paint is peeling off. Lack of maintenance throughout the
building

LOUSY EXPERIENCE. I WOULD NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND
A day earlier my stay was cancelled to one less night entering at 07am. Upon arrival the receptionist gives us a room 14 which did not work the air conditioning, only made quite a noise. When I go to breakfast I bring it to my attention and while I had breakfast with my son in the icy dining room what little there was, she changed us to room 18, which was with the dirty and mushroom-filled fridge, the table with stickers , the bathroom was the worst full of mushrooms, old grime, dust, sewage, the toilet fell alone, the laundry broken, the taps disgusted touching so on the way out to the center I told the receptionist named Cecilia and in bad ways she told me that I had only one room to change to which I answer that the problem is not the room but the lack of hygiene, expressing that I would send the cleaner to clean the bathroom and when I arrived I realized that all I had done was throw pure chlorine in the bathroom that almost an asthma crisis comes. To all this Cecilia was no longer there and instead there was Sofia who I asked to accompany me and verify with me said situation, feeling embarrassed, offering to change rooms (there being 4 available and not one ) and which of all dirtier and without functioning of the air conditioning, nor the TV, keeping the 17 prior cleaning on her part , while we made use of the pool that lacked hydro jet. The next day, when going to breakfast Cecilia never apologized and breakfast left a lot to be desired, the hot drinks were cold, the shoddy meats, I asked the girl in charge of replenishing the food for butter and fruit and she with bad face answers that she will see that she was already going to carry something she never did, nothing homemade, everything old. Then we wanted to sit in the garden and the furniture was mostly dirty and broken. It should be added that the photos they publish have nothing to do with reality and they never gave me the bill, nor did the owner named Alejandra not show her face

It's nice.
It's very very nice place.
It has good parking and green spaces that are of our preference.
Half a block away is a supermarket.
It is close to everything, very comfortable.
It rests very well, without noise.
But there should be a supervisor for before we hand over every room. In our case the first time toilet paper was missing, and this second time hand towels and floor towel or cloth were missing for the shower exit.
Breakfast is very rich (homemade), but this time it lacked variety of fruits (only tangerines there were). And there was a single sweetener that was liquid, which was not our preference.
The rooms were clean, but there should be more deep cleaning in the bathrooms, and for the maintenance of the hallways and especially the staircase with carpet (aspiration was lacking).

Catastrophic
I do not recommend it at all, the facilities are old. The weekend we went, the main board caught fire, we ran out of light, there was no fireman available. We had to leave the hotel, we were not relocated and on top of that when we asked for reimbursement for what happened we were told that we had not checked out. A mess! You have to be careful where you walk away because it could have been catastrophic
