A good hotel, accessible and well-located.
A nice and comfortable hotel very well located and very close to the beach and the shopping center. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is very complete and of high quality. Friendly and accommodating staff. The price-quality ratio was very favorable.

Hotel with good services.
Overall, we liked the hotel, and the stay was good. However, the reception service was not the best. First, the day before, I made an inquiry, and they promised to contact me shortly, but they never did. Then, upon arriving at the hotel a little before check-in time, we were told to return at the indicated check-in time, and when the time came, the room was not ready, so it was given to us later than the indicated time. This made our entry into the hotel somewhat bittersweet. Regarding the hotel services, it is quite complete, with two Jacuzzis and a gym on the sixth floor, a heated pool at a very good temperature, spacious and comfortable rooms, and a very good breakfast. Definitely, the experience was good, but that unpleasant situation at check-in slightly overshadowed the stay.

Excellent for coming with family
Excellent hotel to come with children. Very good heated pool, very varied restaurant and amazing flavors. Delicious breakfast and staff availability in all very friendly facilities.
Good equipment for the beach.
They could improve the toilet of the rooms, it's fine but it should be deeper.
I wish I had water in the piece inside the refrigerator and more cutlery and glasses.

Irregular experience: problems with care, comfort and services
The attention at the front desk is very bad: there is a lot of ignorance, you are constantly referred from one person to another and at no time is it clear who you are talking to or who can solve the problems, which does not generate any security.
The rooms are small. The bed light is very poor, there is no adequate lighting to read. Blackout curtains do not completely cover the windows, they do not reach the extremes, so the sun enters and the room does not completely darken. The bathrooms are uncomfortable, very dark and in bad lighting in general.
During the afternoon, on the break schedule after lunch, they vacuum through the corridors, generating a lot of noise, which is very annoying.
Breakfast has a nice lounge, but the table where food is arranged is extremely small and tight. People lining up for the toaster prevent access to a fruit or glass of water. The space is very tight and the breakfast is not complete.
Overall, the hotel does not meet expectations and I do not consider it a good choice

Excellent hotel. Bad maid service.
I was there a week. The hotel is modern, well designed, very good maintenance and cleanliness. The pool and the two yaacuzzis conveniently separated and with ideal temperature. All services work perfectly and well equipped. The terrace and its furniture is fantastic. They lend beach elements. The two elevators for only six floors makes the wait minimal. Functional music always and pleasantly perfumed.
The room is comfortable and comfortable. Hot water and outlet pressure is excellent 24 hours. Large TV, microwave, coffee maker with capsule replacement at no charge. Everything works perfectly. It has central air conditioning with individual control. A little table would be missing.
The reception staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is complete and of good quality, its staff is exceptional and I must name Paula, Antonella and Tamara for their efficiency, good treatment and dedication. They even sang me the happy birthday with cake and candle. We miss them.
To go to the beach on the shortest path (about 300 meters) along Biarritz Street you have to cross Artigas Avenue for fast transit. There's no traffic light or crosswalk. Inconvenient for children, elderly or motor impaired. Dangerous.
I tried to use the TV. It has two remote controls and I didn't understand its use. I asked for help and someone came who couldn't use them. He consulted with the concierge and they didn't know either. I asked the maid and she had no idea. They finally called someone who explained. Weird.
I don't give you five stars for poor maid service. Every day we had to claim something. Either they didn’t take out the trash, or they didn’t sweep the room, or there were always missing towels or items in the bathroom, poorly made bed, we had to personally change a dirty pillowcase, they never replenished conditioner in their dispenser or a missing spoon. Unfortunate for this excellent hotel. On the last day we told Emiliano about this, who presented himself as manager. He apologized and said they would email me a stay for two days to use 2026. I got nothing.
