Unexpected but wonderful stay!
We were caught in the Caribbean air stop on Jan 3, 2026 and made a last minute reservation at this hotel. Heidi, the manager, was absolutely fantastic. She was able to get us into a room, even as the phone was ringing off the hook with everyone trying to make alternate arrangements.
The Bellavista Scott Hotel is a suite hotel, meaning it has kitchens and living areas in addition to the bedroom. It has basic amenities in the room, but they are more than happy to get you something if it's not there. It is an older hotel but it is one of the cleanest I have ever been in. They clearly take pride in taking care of the property. Sharon, one of the staff, was so incredibly helpful and kind! There is a laundry room and when I went to do laundry she was doing the hotel laundry. She said to leave it there, she not only did our laundry but she folded it too!
Everyone was so helpful and friendly and took such good care of us on our unexpected "extended" vacation.
There is a cafe on site but we did not use it. The hotel is in walking distance to a grocery store, restaurants and the Havensight Cruise port.
The pool was clean and refreshing and the loungers were in good working order.

Need some retraining
The room is just okay. You will see that the place is not new. The toilet tub is already corroded. The faucet is already almost broken. The desk agent is not that helpful. The next day, i asked why the restaurant is still not open as it says 7am. She said if its says 7am maybe they are just prepping inside. I asked if she can check it for me since its already 730am. I have a pick up at 10am. But she did not help. So disappointed. Missing some hospitality service here. No one helped as well with your luggage. No elevator at all.

Flight cancelled unexpectedly. Airline Voucher - Sketchy accommodations. Bare bones, roof over your head - Did not sleep a wink. Not the best part of town. Never again. Keep looking for a better solution, No Thank You! No Thank You! No Thank You~

Stay away!!!
Our United flight had fuel leak, they ended up canceling are flight!!!so they put us up in this dump for the night!!! Very dirty and has a bad smell!! Located in a very noisy neighborhood!!!! Beware stay away!!!!

Good for the price and location!
The shopping is awesome, yaht haven, all the grocery stores, Kmart, and night life is right out the door. There is a view of the water, hills, and town. It's a one bedroom suite with full kitchen for less money than others only offering a single room.
