Excellent Value

The property is situated in a very quiet residential road. It is a few minutes walk to the main road where there are several cafes/restaurants, shops and a couple of liquor stores. The centre is a short taxi ride away or 40 minutes walk.
There are 3 rooms in this small house; two are double rooms and share the bathroom. The other room has ensuite facilities. This room can sleep 4 people in bunk beds. We had this room. The beds were comfortable with decent linen and there were two storage cupboards for clothes, etc. It was all newly decorated and the bathroom with shower was fresh, clean and modern. Soap and shampoo was provided in dispensers.
As described in the earlier review, there was a large communal area where you could prepare food and drinks. Breakfast was not included in the price but we stocked up at the supermarket. Everything was provided for self catering. Microwave, kettle, cutlery, plates, cups, fridge.
The owner is a lovely young family man with the beginnings of a good business. He is very helpful, lives a short distance from the accommodation and can be reached at all times via message.
Highly recommended.

Great stay, beautiful and newly renovated!

My husband and I stayed here last night, and we had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, with a massive, comfortable double bed. There is a communal seating area, with a fridge, kettle, tea etc. Outside in the courtyard there is a picnic table where we had cold beers at nights (from the liquor store across the street), and we had a great breakfast with omelet, fresh veggies, sausage, bread and pastries, which turned out to be included in the price! The shared bathroom is brand new, with a rain shower! The location is in a residential area, and the hotel is in a converted home. The owner was always available via text, and made us feel at home. The original address from Booking was another address, this new hotel was only 5 mins away, and he drove us to the correct location. We had a lovely stay and highly recommend it!

这是我走了四十多个国家中最差的住宿体验，老板晒的照片是骗人的（第一张照片），根据导航路线是找不到这房子的，打电话引导你找到的是这样一栋破旧居民楼，一张旧床，旧家具，床边的过道50公分，连一个行李箱都无法放下。地处中亚常年高温地区的费尔干纳，房间没有空调，没有电风扇，甚至没有窗纱防蚊子，不能开窗，根本无法入住的旧居住房，更恶心的是想提前退房，不可以，这完全就是一个骗子安排的一个骗局。
