Cold attitude staff, laundry expensive fee but you can safe yourself after several negotiate
If you need stay with staff full of cranky face, no greeting, no warm kindness, high laundry price, and the staff who knock your door before check out time to ask you check out earlier, then this is place for you. Basic hygiene and breakfast good, and thats the only things I can say good.
Please check this picture of laundry service. This is price per 1 pcs, not per kg. We almost gave up to use the laundry but Ahmad, another hotel staff ask us our price. Seems they will oversharge your laundry if you did not bother to negotiate the laundry price.
After we got 3kg for 70000 UZS, that lady staff seems unhappy. Everytime we kindly greet " Assalamualaikum", she just said hello or no answer at all, with no eye contact. Even rudely ask us to check out on 9.30 am, even though on telegram, Ahmad said check out is 11 am.
For details, this yellow long dress is the wonderful lady we talked about.
Khiva was great city but thanks to them, we just wanted to leave as soon as possible.
Thank you for the Ahmad hospitality but no thank for the lady with yellow dress (photo attached). I hope you can find another better job and please just stop to work on the guest house industry.
