Rather than recommending

The sockets are in bad shape.
The bathroom floor is slippery, like oil poured on it.
The tea station is dirty, the tea bags are open, scary to brew.
The young guy at the front desk has a very strange conversation. Uses profane language.
Quite far from the sights.

Making a reservation there, you are taking a real risk. Don't ruin your trip in Samarkand. We don't recommend this place.

Terrible Property !!! Dont book this !!

Very bad service. No water in the room, even after asking they didn't provide. No lift!! The washroom was not heated. Had a hard time to enter as it was too cold. Shower handle was broken, shower room glass was partially damaged. Very odd smell inside the room. No tea tray or clean kettle was provided. And look at their response to my review. Racist unprofessional stupid people !!

A bit run down. Staff were very brusque the 1st day and warmed up the second.
