Well guided but especially suitable for groups

a very large, somewhat impersonal but sufficient hotel for larger groups. Room clean, location good on the boulevard - relatively quiet. Breakfast very wide choice. Good coffee machine.

RATHER BAD

To begin with, it is a hotel without an elevator; it only has one elevated floor, but the inconvenience is evident. The breakfast was quite basic and mediocre, in addition to being disorganized. I was assigned a room on the 1st floor, and I did not like it at all.

Modest hotel

The hotel does not have an elevator. The room was very large but without any charm.
The bathroom was adequate although small, and the shower had low pressure.
The bed was very hard and the pillow was terrible.
There was quite a bit of noise at night, like from some appliance.
Friendly staff and they make an effort to speak Spanish.

A delightful stay

We had a wonderful time here. The beds were extremely comfortable, and with the curtains drawn, we took the best naps of our lives! The staff were extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a lot of wonderful options. We had friends with us, one of whom was a vegetarian, and she had no trouble eating to her heart's content. Perhaps the one downside was that our WiFi signal was poor. I'm not sure if it had anything to do with our far we were from the router, but we certainly were very far from the front desk. Nevertheless, we would stay here again.
