Great hotel
Good location in the middle of historical buildings in Samarkand. The rooms are also well-cleaned and very comfortable

Beautiful little hotel with great location and staff. Clean and big rooms. Excellent breakfast. Centrally located in no car zone.

Great location, but difficult to find by car
The hotel is in a very convenient location, right in the pedestrian area, which is great for exploring Samarkand on foot. However, this also means cars and taxis cannot reach the hotel directly.
Unfortunately, this was not clearly communicated in our booking information. The Google Maps location also does not show the correct pick-up/drop-off point. As a result, our airport taxi driver spent an additional 45 minutes trying to find the correct place to drop us off, which was very frustrating after a long flight in the middle of night.
The hotel should provide clear instructions and an accurate map pin for the back-street pick-up/drop-off location before guests arrive. With better communication, this would be a much easier experience.
The room was basic but clean and spacious, and comfortable enough for our stay.
Breakfast offered a good variety of options, although the selection was fairly basic.

Low-key but perfect choice for tourists
Helpful staff, they send me detail description on how to find the easiest way to the hotel. The manager give us complimentary late checkout base on latest room availability.

Good.
I love this hotel so much! The room was clean, comfortable and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very good and the food is delicious! Special thanks to ELZOD for their warm help and attentive service, which made my stay even more perfect. We'll definitely be back next time!
