Good but can get better

Samarqand is a beautiful city, and the hotel helped to make this experience complete, I had a good time over there:
- The staff is not the most friendly, they only accepted payment in cash, which I found very weird.
- The room is spacious, clean, super comfortable the shower is good, but the bed is not the best, a bit hard.
- The wifi is the best I had in Uzbekistan
- the breakfast was not bad but not good either
- The location is good, a cozy neighborhood, close to groceries, restaurants, parks. 30 min walking to the Registan Square.
Very good overall, but I recommend to accept the payment in card as we are in 2025.

Couldn't be worse.

This is the worst hotel I've ever been to.
In order
1. First we were asked to cancel the booking so they wouldn't pay the commission.
2. Then they tried to charge us more money than the amount we booked. After the scandal, they said they confused and tried to “cover up”
3. What a finale - late in the evening, when going to bed found very dirty laundry on all 3 beds in the room, one of the blankets stinks. I attach a photo. At first, the guy at reception said it was late and couldn't help it, put up with it until morning. Then again after my screams I brought another laundry (mint pile) which also turned out to be dirty!
Never make the same mistake as me and don't come to this hotel!

Small but very cozy hotel!!!

Small but very pretty and cozy hotel!!! Location in the city center, nearby park and restaurant Samarkand, a bunch of shops. Spacious bright rooms (some even very large), modern design, three floors (no lift, but receptionist helps to lower and lift suitcases). Breakfast is very varied (vegetable omelet, hot sandwiches, navy pasta, pancakes with meat and without filling, porridge, eggs in various forms, chicken patties, cheese, sausage, fruit cutting, pastries, candy, muesli, juice, milk) and is made very delicious. At the same time, at any time of day in the room where breakfast is held you can find brew, make yourself muesli. there is a microwave!!!
Furniture and bedding are all new.
We are missing some little things (in the bathroom we need towel hooks, in the closet we need hangers more tightly). we have presented our comments as wishes to the hotel management, they are still developing and I think everyone will take into account! Staff well done!!!

Nice small hotel

We liked the hotel, it is about 40 mins walk from Registan. The staff is not the best in English but they are friendly and it is possible to get along.
We have been there for 5 nights and cleaning lady did not enter our room once. We also paid extra for breakfast. I am vegetarian and told them no meat but I would get it and every day we fgot eggs for breakfast: omelette, fried, boiled.... and porridge. So, we just ignored it and went out for breakfast. Not dar from hotel is a market, where you can buy kefir, gorgeous non bread and cheese.
