I arrived in the middle of the night and the reception is open 24/7 - contrary to what is written on hotels.com
Room was good, AC working well, hot shower, clean, good WiFi. No noise. Breakfast is very nice though I don't know if they serve anything hot (eggs etc, I didn't ask or check)
The highlight is the courtyard. I had to work in the morning and that was such a nice place to work from (and have breakfast too).
Staff does not speak much English but it was enough to make it work!

Medium hotel in the city centre

The hotel has a good location, many shops and cafes nearby, some of them 24-hour. The hotel serves a nice breakfast, a variety. On the downside: rooms are very poorly cleaned, prints are on glasses, change from past guests was on the windowsill, the sink is dirty, the floor is in hair and garbage. They asked for extra pillows, never got them.

This hotel appears to be new and as such, everything is pristine. My room was large and well equipped. The AC was excellent. There is plenty of choice for breakfast. The staff, especially at reception, were super helpful and friendly . I would

Rest in Tashkent

Relaxing in this hotel currently, March 22-23. Impressions are positive. A room was booked at another hotel. But a few hours before we arrived in Tashkent, our reservation was cancelled. At night, we stayed practically outside... Came to this hotel at 3 a.m. Very polite staff put us in lovely rooms. Modern furnishings, clean linens, all soap facilities for each guest. A delicious breakfast was included in the price. The guys at the front desk helped us recover the money that the owners of the hotel booked earlier owed us. We were satisfied with the hotel stay! Unequivocally recommend to all holidaymakers this hotel! Thank you for your hospitality!

And where did this bottom get such a high rating?

When checking in, the staff frankly extorted $300 tax for 3 nights!!! Only after swearing did they say $30. And that's a lot. They put it in their pocket.
Breakfast till 10, arrived at 9. There's nothing, no tea, no coffee. Just eggs and apples. The staff spread their arms and said, “What are we going to do, we have eaten everything”.
A mattress with wood inside. The constant feeling of sleeping on plywood. Checked out the next day.
