Hotel in recovery

It is notorious the recovery that the hotel had in this last year. Since my last visit in August, there are noticeable changes:
1. All flawless and shining.
2. Restaurants working and areas with good aroma.
3. Staff in excellent condition.
4. I was called a couple of times from the front desk to validate my level of satisfaction.
Breakfast good, but could be better. The juice station they had in the past would be a great option.

Very comfortable rooms

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel, the rooms are very comfortable, well located, you have the option to walk out and be able to go to a shop, restaurant etc. This time the breakfast seemed expensive and little varied, but if they do not include breakfast has a choice walking inside the same building there is a very rich cafe, they have good wifi.

The Hotel.has deteriorated its level of services.

This hotel is a battered gem. The deterioration to which he has been exposed is accelerated. It is notorious the loss in quality and level.dw.your services. At reception upon arrival there is a bugle above the bar with music not according to the site.
The breakfast that used to be Top-rated lost its splendor.
The restaurant for dinner was closed and I had to leave the hotel for dinner.
The room spotless, but the pillows worn.
This hotel is in urgent need of a change in the way you run it.

Excellent

Excellent hotel for events conventions and weddings, spacious lounges, comfortable rooms, excellent food in its two restaurants, excellent place to have fun in the evening, very quiet pool with snack service.Rooms was very well like that breakfast include , the spa service will get better

Very cozy

Excellent service, good presentation, elegant presence, first-class security, excellent beds, very soft pillows, everything excellent, good location, first-class reception, comfortable, clean, good-sized rooms, all functional.
