Good budget option
This small guesthouse is run by a lovely couple who aim to give their guests a good experience. The place was clean, bedroom a good size and breakfast was excellent . You can hire bikes which we did . The town centre is a good 20 mins walk but nearby is a good restaurant and also excellent cafe.
Oasis feels like its well integrated into the community with various characters popping in all day , a microcosm of Vietnamese and ex pat society. Great.
Good advice from Hong meant we found a good trip in Can Tho .This was a restful place to start our exploration of the Mekong delta.

Lovely staff but hotel is tired around the edges
This place looked great from the reviews. And the people gave us a lovely warm welcome. However the pool was not able to be used, it had furniture floating in it and lots of insects. The towels were so old they were frayed and the bathroom had the previous occupants soap still in the shower dish. The place needs a refresh. But if you’re looking for cheap and cheerful it works.

Christmas in the fabulous Oasis in Jericho
Delightful beautiful hotel , very near to amazing Jericho. We stopped there for drinks on Christnas day and loved it so much that we left Jerusslem a day early to stay there
The staff were so nice, so helpful. Nice nice kind people, as was everybody we met in Jericho. Very reasonably priced . We would go back in a heart beat. Thank you to all there

Fantastic Hospitality!
We could not have stayed anywhere more welcoming! Ken and Leu are wonderful hosts. As we were only staying one night, as soon as we arrived Leu made sure all our plans for moving on the next day were in place and she booked our pick up minibus for us. Our room was comfortable and we loved the facilities of the pool, hammocks, bikes and bar. All of the staff went out of their way to chat to us and help in any way.We spent a wonderful afternoon cycling around the town and through the beautiful countryside. We took a ferry across to a small island where we supped fresh coconut juice at a homestay- it was so lovely to spend time with the family who lived there. In the evening, when Ken discovered we hadn't yet eaten,he jumped into his homemade electric tricycle, put me on the back seat and with my husband jogging along as fast as he could to keep up, Ken drove through the back country lanes and dropped us off at a beautiful restaurant- can't get better service than that!
When we returned to the hotel we had a lovely time chatting with Ken who is an extremely colourful character- read all about him in his book "Life's an adventure if you chose to make it so!"
The next morning, the beautiful Hong took us on a tour of the Mekong Delta- we couldn't have asked for a better guide: Hong was enchanting,full of knowledge and great fun! We learnt a lot about growing up in rural Vietnam and had a wonderful half day visiting the local area and enjoying some gorgeous Vietnamese food.
We were picked up punctually to be taken back to the bus station where we caught our bus back to Saigon (transfer to the bus station and the 2hr bus journey to Saigon cost £1.40 per person!). We would definitely recommend the Oasis Hotel.

Warm, welcoming and wonderful (Hong)
Stayed 4 nights in a 3 bed room, very basic but clean. Fridge, WiFi, AC, fan, shower/toilet, towels (well worn) and the salt water pool is great. The people are what made our visit so memorable- Leu and Ken the owners, Hong the tour guide and the other ladies. Nothing is too much trouble- for example a French guest, David, had a bike accident - they ensured he was collected from hospital, the bike sorted out, made phone calls on his behalf etc. We did a Mekong tour with Hong, used bikes to cycle and ferry across to some local islands. Ken dropped me off to the local blind massage place (highly recommended) and collected me again. 3D Coffee was our favourite eating place within walking distance (try their octopus). Hammocks to laze around in during the day. No tea-making facilities in the rooms and we did pay for the bikes despite being advertised as free. 3 well-loved dogs live at the Oasis too. A truly wonderful stay .......
