Excellent Mekong base

This is a special place. Vu and his family make you so welcome and really go out of the way to ensure you are cared for. A great base for exploring the rural surrounds either on foot, bike ( Vu provides complimentary bikes), or a tour.
We ate at the jotel each night and had a great meal each time. A bit of a coooking class one night, some karaoke, a few cold beers, and lots of laughs. (Ask Vu if they can do the Pink Snapper for you one night)
We found the hotel totally relaxing yet offered lots of opportunities to tour, cycle, and walk around the region.
Rooms are simple, air conditioned, and clean.
Vu's hosting is what makes this so special. He helped us with so much advice. Assisted with our arrival and departure logistics and generally made our stay fun.

A Vietnamese family paradise

5th stay, and it is not uncommon... Homestay run by a Vietnamese family that opens its doors and its heart. We live with them, which enriches the experience and we share common places with other tourists, which enhances the stay. Beautiful discoveries to make around the Mekong. Discover authentic Vietnamese life. Thanks to Vu et Tuyet who whose soul and heart of Homestay.

Small hotel with good value for money

Small hotel/homestay with simple and pleasant rooms
Good location
The hotel lends bicycles which allows you to move around and visit as you wish.
Good dinner and breakfast.
WuWu welcomes us with his family, he gives good advice for visiting the surroundings

Good hotel great host!

The hotel is kept in a simple style, and very affordable. My girlfriend and I stayed there for 3 nights towards the end of our 1 month Vietnam trip. While the rooms are not exceptional in any way (but not bad for sure either) the devotion of the manager Mr. Vū is out of this world! From organising trips, accompanying one on a Mekong Cruise, changing money (for the real rate so far better than any Bank would do), replying to texts within 2 minutes at 4am on a Sunday, showing us the very authentic market in Cai Be, cooking together with us, bringing us tea for free (we didn’t even ask it was his idea but we greatly appreciated it) just because in the evening, to going on a private tour on the plantation his family owns. Now this is just a part of what he did for us.
The service provided by him made us speechless and the joy it appeared to bring him, to be a fantastic host, is amazing.
We would definitely come back again and sincerely hope his business will keep on flourishing!

Warm welcome in Cai Be!

Mr. Vu is the most friendly, welcoming and energetic man in Vietnam! We stopped here and had the best meal in all of our travels in Vietnam. The meal was even better because it was made with love and you could tell Mr. Vu and his sister are so passionate about showing visitors the warmth of Vietnam and its people. Highly recommended if you’re in Cai Be! Thank you for everything Mr. Vu ^^
