Great hotel
We flew into Da Nang late and so needed a place for the night before heading to Hoi An. The Nibika Hotel is a great little hotel and was perfect for our needs. Room was comfortable, bathroom a little poorly laid out, but for the price, who can complain. The breakfast was Banh Mi which was tasty enough. We also walked there from the Airport, which was not too bad, though we only had small cases.

Okay if desperate - but is gross & hot
Honestly have to say - we knew this hotel would be kinda crappy but we didnt realize just how bad it would be. Our only requirement was that it was slightly clean and had decent AC.
Have to say - this is the worst hotel we've seen and we ended up just leaving after an hour even without refund. We know that reviews for hotel can be a mixed bag so we were definitely willing to give it a shot despite some of the negative reviews.
I will say the receptionist was super nice - and was wanting to see if we could try a different room with better AC (and I would normally would be happy to) but a ton of bugs crawled out of the fridge and it was super gross and the bed sheets alone were also pretty dirty.
I'm fine with a little bugs, a little mold, and scraped up walls but this was just awful. It was cooler in the hallways floor and outside even more than the room. We tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and wait it out to see if it got any better and if the ac was just slow but it was just really crappy.
Also doors barely lock btw.
If you are 100% just trying to stay for the night when your dead exhausted and wanting something cheap - and not care about literally anything, maybe it will work. Trust that there is probably better places & airbnbs for a similar price.

It really is a shame because the pictures look decent - and hey - maybe a different room had better ac - but the amount of random small bugs (and some in the bed), poor ac, dirty sheets, just is way too much.
I wish a got a video of the bugs to show you but they quickly scurried away - I just got a random picture of an ant in the bed - which ants are fine - but the other bugs definitely were not ants. The pictures I took weirdly look better on phone than in person, but I tried to take a video for you to kinda see what we are talking about. It doesnt look that bad - but when its hotter than outside & you see a bunch of bugs and gross smells. Yeah. No Bueno.

Good for a night, almost no English spoken
Nibika offers spacious and clean roms in a somewhat sterile environment but it is a good option for a one night transit.
They are located 10 minutes walk from the airport and that is why we chose it.
The front desk attendants hardly speak English so if you hace questions or need recommendations, you are ln your own.
Our rate included breakfast at the terrace cafe. The personnel did not speak English, no menu was presented and no choices were explaibed. Eventually the lady brought us a banh mi (Vietnamese baguette sandwich) with fried eggs and pate' with a coffee. It was good but we would have rather have it without pate' (which we had to scoop out) which it would have been easy to explain if we knew what breakfast consisted of. A simple sheet of paper stating what breakfast included and a choice of drinks would help and it is not difficult to put together (after our black coffee arrived we asked for ice and condensed milk as that it is how we like to drink it in Vietnam!).
