I didn’t expect much but my staying with this little cute hotel is quite nice and decent! The room is pretty clean and has some little details that I appreciated! They even have a mini fridge and full body mirror with light on! The location is super as it is located in an alley with all local eateries. It is also walk-able distance to Han River Bank and Dragon Bridge! The receptionists (two young local guys) are pretty friendly, cute and helpful. They allowed me to check in early and assisted me with renting a bike.
I think the only two not so good points that I hope they can improve are maybe changing the bed sheet and pillow covers, I don’t think they are comfortable. And throughout my 3 nights stay they didn’t come to clean my room. But still, this hotel is quite good in many aspects, affordable and super friendly staffs!

Room 302. All are good except the air conditioner. It drips water at night and I informed the receptionist and he said it will got fixed.

It's a cozy and cute hotel located near the dragon bridge. You can walk arond for the restaurants and tourist spot. The staff are good at English. The address in Grab is their actual address, do not search by the name.

Jim’s House was a wonderful stay! Ngoc was very welcoming, and we chatted un petit peu while I waited for Grab orders. We loved their eco-consciousness and enjoyed both our room and the upstairs space, which has seating on both sides and gorgeous sunrise and sunset views. Watching the full sunrise was a highlight! We had dinner upstairs with Grab takeout one night—chef’s kiss. The kitchen and filtered water station were also super handy—we refilled our big jug daily. Would definitely stay again!

Location is excellent. In the same street there are multiple food shops to get breakfast. But we found the hotel a bit on the pricier side for what we got. Our chair was heavily stained, presumably someones old tan.
