It's a nice property, quality for money, clean and has a nice location. Food is ok and the male manager provided a great recommendation on where to go. There is a maintenance during my stay and i was not able to get sleep and felt so tired during my stay. I also requested for an additional complimentary water and I was told that I have to pay 37K vnd. Other than that its a good property overall.

We had a reasonably pleasant stay at Sanouva Danang Hotel. The hotel is quite tired and could definitely benefit from some updating. That said, the bed was comfortable and the staff were excellent — friendly, welcoming and always happy to help.
Unfortunately, although the staff were great, overall the hotel didn’t quite meet our expectations, and based on our experience we wouldn’t choose to stay here again.
There were some positives, particularly the fantastic staff and comfortable bed, but the hotel itself needs some investment and refurbishment.

A superb hotel with great amenities

A very nice 4 star hotel with beautiful and spacious rooms , an afternoon tea offered at 3 o'clock a very nice rooftop pool and a breakfast worthy of a brief brunch to do without hesitation

Everyone should stay at Sanouva Hotel. This is much more than an exquisitely, styled hotel. The staff makes you feel like family!!!! It is by far the best hotel experience I have ever had. I cried with the staff when I left. They couldn't have been kinder. The dining staff always went above and beyond to make your dining experience was 5 star, especially Tuong & Vy Loc. I consider this hotels staff my family. If your looking to stay where people care about you and want to give a perfect experience ...THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!

Amazing staff, particularly the restaurant manager who was outstanding and special mention to Loc at the breakfast.
