We stayed three nights in two rooms (two couples) at the Almin Hotel, and the observation is final. In the middle of a 6-month trip exclusively in hotels, we have enough perspective to judge the quality of an establishment. And this one is unfortunately among the worst.
Upon arrival, an unpleasant smell at the reception put us in the mood. The noise is constant: customers screaming from 9am, cleaning staff screaming from one end of the hallway to the other... Until I had to intervene myself to ask for silence. I then discovered the author of this romp, slumped in a one-bedroom armchair, walkie-talkie in hand. Memorable scene.
Breakfast is unworthy of an international hotel: infamous coffee, very limited choice, no service in the dining room, and the staff is on their phone. And don't expect to dine on site: the restaurant offers nothing.
The pool is abandoned: a net floated in standing water, and the person supposed to take care of it seemed to be sleeping before we arrived.
The hotel is also in a poor location, outside any tourist area, which greatly limits the interest of staying here.
The only positive point is the cleaning staff, who manage to clean the rooms properly while having sound conversations. Doing two things at the same time is obviously not given to everyone.
In short, a noisy establishment, neglected, without service, to flee for anyone looking for a minimum of comfort and professionalism.
