Our booked rooms type were given to others, told us fully booked, and suggest if we cannot accept their offered options will give full refund, while we booked our rooms more than 1 months ago

The location is ok. The facility is seem too old. The service is not good during Sunday because no cleaning service. However, they arrange another room to compensate such problem.

Lovely/Large Apartment with Great Service

We are currently staying at the Trang Thanh Luxury Apartments (right beside the Harbour View Hotel). The apartment is immaculate, and the building is really luxurious. The service couldn't be better. All of the staff, from the reception managers to the housekeepers, have gone out of their way to meet our needs and to be helpful. Breakfast is brought directly to your apartment (promptly at the time you select) on large trays and you can select from a variety of options (e.g. western, Japanese, and Malaysian). One small issue: the fitness center is equipped but not really set up yet, but we have used the elliptical without power :)

Nice apartment with Reasonable Price

Important to note is the property is essentially Serviced Apartments
The Apartment is fully Equipped and was big and comfortable. Its right next to Habour View Hotel. Hotel really tried their best to make sure my group was well taken care of.
However The Apartment lacked facilities like a Bar/restaurant, so there is no place to have discussions or meetings except in each other's rooms or the next hotel.
They charge an extra $25 USD per head if it was Twin sharing which I feel is not reasonable.
