Great location near Hoan Kiem/Beer street but still quiet at night. Lovely staff, delicious pho for breakfast, and very affordable. Will stay here again on my next Hanoi trip.

Let me start by saying that this hotel is no fancy hotel. However the location couldn’t be better and the staff was absolutely fantastic. So helpful and engaging with my family often asking what our plans were for the day and giving tips.

Relaxing Vacation!

Easy to find, cozy atmosphere, rooms are great for its value. The hotel staff are easy to approach and very accomodating. Will choose it again the next time I go back to Hanoi.

Great location just a 3-minute walk to Bánh Mì 25, with a scooter rental and barber shop right next door. The AC worked well, the fridge (with freezer) & safe were a nice bonus, and the bed was clean and comfortable. You get two complimentary bottles of water per stay, and the minibar items are fairly priced if you use them.
The bathroom was clean but a bit outdated. For a short two-night stay, it was perfectly fine. Amenities are basic the hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo are all the same product so if you’re coming from somewhere like Japan, you might want to pick up a few extras.
There were a few minor wall stains from past rain or flooding, but that’s not unusual for the area and honestly adds a bit of local character. Just note that the walls, windows, and door are thin, so outside noise carries easily… including an early morning rooster that starts around 4–6am.
Overall, for the price, this is a great value. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again. The front desk staff were especially kind and helpful they really made the experience better.
