the receptionists were all kind and allowed us to leave our luggage for the entire day after we checked out. they even offered to let us shower before going to the airport.

This is our second time we have stayed at Holiday Emerald Hotel. It is in the old quarter and just a few blocks from Hoan Kiem lake. It is very quiet and comfortable rooms with a good breakfast in the morning. The staff are very friendly. We required 3 rooms and they were all on the same floor which was very handy. Highly recommended for a hotel stay.

Excellent service! Friendly staff and very helpful. Hotel on quiet street. Walking distance everywhere.very good shower and great size room for 2 person. Laundry service too.
