Great hospitality ,location and facilities
We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Ms Chung went above and beyond to make our stay special — she checked in on us frequently throughout our visit to make sure everything was perfect, and her warmth and attentiveness made us feel truly taken care of. Her hospitality alone would bring us back.
The location is fantastic, close to everything we wanted to explore in Hanoi. Our room was spacious, clean, and very pleasant, a great place to relax after a day out. Breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of tasty options to start the day right.
Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi. A huge thank you to Ms Chung and the team for such a memorable stay!

Great Location with modern Rooms
Rooms are modern and clean. Beds are comfortable. Not much of a view from the balconies. In room dining options are limited and hardly anything available for toddlers meal requirements.
The breakfast spread is great and the food is delicious.
Location wise very central to Old town and access is easy round the clock. Everything is a brief walk away.
Staff and service is great, we follwed-up for our missing charger after a week or so and the staff was prompt to get back to us.
