Great stay

Great hostel, good bar and staff. Really enjoyed my time here the dorms were good and clean, comfortable beds and good facilities. Nice pool table and check in was smooth and would recommend especially for backpackers looking for a good social fun time

Great social hostel!

Such a nice hostel! Good vibes but not too loud. They organize activities at the rooftop bar every night but you can also chill in the dorms without getting disturbed. Very clean, comfy beds and great breakfast buffé. Staff very helpful and friendly, especially Stefan:) Highly recommend if you’re heading to Hanoi!

Luxury, genuine, smooth and very good. The service was good. Beautiful scenery, comfortable space, spacious, excellent location. Very happy with the service. On my next Trips, I'll go to Moon Westlake. I hope you will support this place and use the services here. I must give this hotel a great review! The hotel is tastefully decorated, the rooms are clean and tidy, the details are meticulous, the service is impeccable, giving me a warm feeling of going home, will choose here again. Front desk little sister service is very good, initiative, enthusiasm, strong affinity, room layout, reasonable, clean, odorless, bed comfortable, shower water is also quick, Recommended

I vote for this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel 3 different times in 2024. I still chose this hotel to stay for my business trips are because of the following reasons:
1/ It is close to Westlake where I can run every morning along the lake.
2/ Nice and clean room. I slept well every night I stayed there.
