The staff was so accommodating they gave us a complimentary upgrade to the apartment, to make our stay comfortable. They connected with me at check in on WhatsApp to make sure communication was smoothe. They sent great information to help getting g around near hotel!! At 2 am I text and they text right back !!! Great staff To y, Alice, and Liam are amazing! We were still drying our clothes so I reached out on WhatsApp to ask for a later check out and they gave us gains complimentary check out of 1 pm. This hotel was well worth what I paid and exceeded my expectations! My husband enjoyed his birthday staying here!

Amazing hotel. English speaking staff. Breath taking views.

This is a beautiful hotel in a colourful part of Hanoi. It is situated in a quiet area with spectacular views overlooking Westlake. The decor quality is high standard. All the staff speak very good English and nothing is too much trouble. The lake view room I stayed in had a double bed next to sliding patio doors that provided breath taking views over the lake. Plenty of tea and coffee shops in the same street are on the doorstep. A taxi bike ride to The Old Quarter where all the action is will cost the equivalent of £1. This is an amazing hotel with stunning views and friendly staff in a quiet location. I give it 5 stars. Highly recommended. Alice, Hue and Tony are all very professional in their approach to customer experience. Amazing hotel. Wonderful people. Stunning views.

Our day was great. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a larger room that had a washer and dryer, which was very convenient. The room itself was very clean and spacious the area surrounding the apartment. Was also a nice area.

Great stay in Tay Ho. Staff were friendly and helpful especially when i was trying to figure out the laundry machine. Its just off the lake and even though my room didnt have a view of the lake, I would definitely recommend it. Lots of good restaurants nearby and lots of yummy food. Easy to get grab delivery to.

Moonlight Tah Ho

We booked the most expensive room in this hotel however it didn’t meet our expectations. Our room was spacious however lacked basic necessities - room was cleaned only once in two days, no wash clothes, old towels… location wasn’t that great either had to take taxi almost everywhere. No pick up for trips from the hotel since it was further from Old Quarters. They forgot to order a taxi for our departure, etc… those were the little things that made our stay less pleasant so we changed our stay in another hotel.
