The room is so clean and they clean it for you everyday. The hospitality is so great and the receptionist is so nice!! 10/10 Must visit hotel

SEXUAL AND PRIVACY VIOLATION!!

I was sexually violated at this hotel by the housekeeper and AC unit cleaners who came into my room WITHOUT permission and against my request of Do Not Disturb sign that was on the door and PURPOSEFULLY taken off to enter again without permission. My underwear was moved, touched, and possibly even sniffed and who knows what else! All of our belongings were moved, my bracelet/necklace was missing, the whole time construction was going on that said it would start at 8am but woke us up every morning at 6am, the elevator was broken, the lobby smelled of rancid old food, and the hotel looks nothing like it does in the pictures. The entire building is of false advertising and beyond anything else they sexually violated me and my privacy and trust. I have stayed at MANY hotels in all of Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, and Vietnam and none have done this before!

The location is 7mins walk going to famous train street ,cafe and restaurant but the cleanliness is not good I disappointed😔 I ran out of towels,the room is spacious,the bed is big, The glass has stains, At night there is karaoke🎤

Very noisy room because of construction outside the hotel. Clean room. Good comfort room.
