Good option.

Clean, comfortable hotel with welcoming staff. Good location.
Long wait for one of the two lifts in this tall hotel.

Great hotel, great staff.

Great hotel. Clean rooms, good food and very nice staff. Breakfast buffet is really good. We also ate dinner one night in the hotel and also that was really good.
One of our kids managed to lock herself out, room was somehow locked with the security bar without someone in the room.
Mr. Benz fixed the door, he was our hero of the day.

Decent in the middle of the old town

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Its location is excellent, in the heart of the old town. The rooms are decent and so is the breakfast. Point to improve: the elevator, with which you have to arm yourself with patience!

Wonderful!

Very nice, well-maintained hotel in the middle of Hanoi. Many sights are within walking distance. The breakfast room is small, so you sometimes have to wait for a table. The staff is very nice, but not always very helpful (e.g., it would be good to explain the Grab app to travelers). The bed was huge and an absolute dream!

Everything was perfect, we recommend it without hesitation!

We were won over by this hotel from the moment we arrived. The decor is elegant, modern, and refined, with a warm atmosphere.
The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, very comfortable, and perfectly equipped. The bedding is excellent and everything is designed for a restful stay.
The location is ideal for discovering Hanoi while enjoying a pleasant neighborhood.
A huge thank you to all the staff, who deserve special mention. The entire team is smiling, professional, attentive, and always available to assist. Their kindness and availability greatly contributed to the success of our stay.
The breakfast is a true delight. The buffet is very varied, with a wide selection of sweet and savory dishes. The omelets are made to order, the fruits are plentiful and delicious, and we particularly enjoyed the excellent pho, prepared each morning: a wonderful way to discover Vietnamese flavors right at breakfast.
In summary, The Q Hotel Hanoi is a place we wholeheartedly recommend. Between the comfort of the rooms, the quality of the services, the delicious breakfast, and the extreme kindness of the staff, everything came together for a perfect stay.
A big thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome and kindness. We will return with immense pleasure during our next stay in Hanoi!
