Great value for money and facilities offered. Location exceptional. Staff very helpful and polite.

Exceptional location close to the heritage village. Many cafes close by for a coffee and a breakfast. The room is large enough and the staff very helpful and polite. Looks after the customer interest.
Travel desk lady HƯNG HỘI AN was very helpful in advising of travel interest and organised an Easy Rider to travel from Hoi An to Hue through the Hia Van Pass. Amazing experience for a 4 hour ride.

The bed is as hard as concrete and even though they were nice enough to get a topper, it made very little difference. Most uncomfortable 2 nights of sleep. And there was a half drunk coffee in my fridge which was a little gross. Location is great and not elevators either so take that into consideration. Not sure how they re rated so highly. Staff were friendly.

The Dory is a hidden gem

This was our 2nd stay at the Dory One Stop Hotel. The Dory is a small hotel with lots to offer. The management is top notch. They are so welcoming and accommodating. They know all about the area and can help with tours and tickets for much less than online apps. It's very clean with a quiet location, that is a quick walk to ancient town Hoi An. They also have a great spa just a few doors down. A+ hospitality!

The perfect stay in Hoi An

This small oasis was the perfect getaway to relax and enjoy while also being very close to the bustling life along the river!
Anhto and Hieu along with the rest of the staff were the kindest most attentive people I have EVER met! I was nearly 8 months pregnant traveling one last time before le bebe came and not only did they help us plan and organize all of the right tours for me but they even went out of their way to make sure I had food and tea when I wasn’t feeling well (way pass acceptable hours )
The hotel itself is extremely clean and with the VIP package, we received transportation to/from the airport, breakfast in the morning (DELICIOUS Banana Pancakes), and a complimentary massage.
I cannot recommend both the hotel and the tour services enough. I can’t wait to go back

Great hotel, location and very kind owners, I would recommend!

Very good hotel. We stayed in the first week of January. The location is perfect, the nights are quiet and yet every hotspot is walkable. They also offer a bike rental which is great to explore the city and its surroundings.
The hotel is recently fully renovated and has new owners/managers: Tô and Hiéu. Both are very kind and helpful. They helped planning our trip and had lots of knowledge about Hoi An, the country’s history, and the travel options. They even arranged a motorbike tour to Hué.
Hiéu also gave very good advice on a tailor shop in the street. We are really satisfied with the results and cannot thank her enough.
Whenever we will be back in Hoi An, we will book again!
