Good hotel at a great location in Hoi An

This hotel has the best location in Hoi An. Very close to the river and Old Town. The hotel is simple and cheap bit nice rooms. Relatively clean with good service and free breakfast.

The room walls had severe water stains and mold.
The staff were unfriendly.
The kitchen and overall environment were unclean.

Spacious room, king bed. Lively at night from bars nearby. Amazing staff.

The hotel is very quaint with an amazing group of staff that cannot do enough to make you feel welcome and comfortable.  There is no lift but the stairs are fine.  Breakfast is great and enough for all tastes.  Indoor pool is quite cold but it was great to cool down the body from the April heat.  Close to the old town and markets, bars and restaurants.  We loved it.   Our group ranged from early 20’s to 60’s and we all agreed we would stay there again and absolutely recommend to others.

Good Hotel, great staff

Superb Location, you have everything on your doorstep, from the night market, to the river front, to the old Town.
Our room was on the 3rd floor at the front, & was a very pleasant room, with a good bed & bathroom.
The staff are super helpful, from assisting us in organising outings, to carrying all our bags up to the 3rd floor, which was very handy, as there isn’t a lift, but we were told this is pretty much standard in Hoi An traditional town.
The breakfast was basic, but more than adequate & plenty of good coffee.
There is a decent looking pool, on the ground floor, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to use it.
