Small outdated and run down hotel
Staffs is super nice and helpful which you can count on.
Limited parking space if you for car
Location is suburban so not much to expect.

Good stay, location a bit away from restaurants, etc. but a good walk or cheap grab ride. Great staff, breakfast was awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing staff (receptionists, massage therapists, kitchen staff, security guards).
Buffet breakfast are ok.
However, some broken things are noticed in rooms (toilet sink valve, bath tub). Spa needs more privacy for customers (no private rooms, see-through curtains between customers)

Spacious room

Stayed here as part of a group tour over Christmas. Our room was large with two beds, one double and one single. There was a huge bathroom with a corner bath which I was quite excited by on Christmas eve! Unfortunately the plug doesn't quite work and there wasn't enough hot water for a good soak (I realise this was an unreasonable expectation!!). The shower proved to be a little crazy! Really powerful - shoots across the room!! You need to hold it in order not to wet every surface!! The room itself is comfortable. There is a kettle, fridge and a strange balcony that isn't enclosed, has a metal cage onto the corridor! It was unseasonably cold when we were staying here and there is no heating ( I can imagine it is rarely needed!) so we did use the duvet from the second bed to stay warm - double duvet!! Breakfast buffet was good, you can get an omlette made and there was bread and fruit plus local options. Staff in the hotel were really friendly and helpful. Great location; we walked to town for dinner one night. There is a coffee shop and supermarket across the street too.
