Good value

Was a good clean apartment and a good size for a family with teenagers. The staff were lovely, friendly and very attentive. Only negatives were the wifi was not reliable at all and the second bed was super hard but main bed was great. We did not report the problem with the wifi but maybe they could fix the connection if someone mentioned it to them, it wasn't a huge problem for us. Happy with the area.

Good for a few days

Was a nice hotel for a few days which was very clean and staff friendly. The lift was helpful aswell when we had heavy bags! We had some issues when checking out. I paid card and the machine had run out of paper so the women on the desk had to call the manager. We had a flight to catch so had to leave and couldn’t wait about but i confirmed the payment had been taken and there hasn’t been any problems since.

Beautiful stay in the city

Stayed in these rooms for 3 nights and they were some of the best we had in Vietnam. We had a budget room which was small but perfectly formed. All amenities worked just as they should, air con, tv, fridge, hot shower(not over the toilet!) WiFi and kettle. Comfortable bed too which is rare in Vietnam. This hotel also has beautiful apartments at a reasonable price (we had a look at one and I could have stayed in it for a long time it was so well designed) Room was cleaned daily and toiletries were replaced too.
Staff work to help in every way and are very pleasant.
Great places to eat very nearby and only 10 mins slow walk to the beach.
If I return to Nha Trang I would definitely stay here again.
