Looks like a nice and clean hotel with, nice room va spacious. Very good customer service. However, no view and terrible view , not as garden views in description on line hotel booking.
I requested for cancellation on my bookiing and asked for refund because I have to book different hotels. Hotel was not garden views as I expected.

First room we checked in wasn't cleaned and our next room had dirty towels however the staff were very quick to rectify those issues. The rooms are dated compared to the photos and the shower curtain seemed to be mouldy. Comfy beds and aircon worked well.

Nha Trang have many better Hotel, cheaper, better rooms, better location and better service.

Do not stay here very dishonest owner, be careful with your reservations because once you arrived she will tell you no rooms available unless you canceled your reservation with Booking.com or Agoda and book directly with her because she doesn't want to pay commission fees.

Quiet, new hotel and near the sea. Restaurants and cafe shops around the corner. I will be back.
