Standout Helpful staff

We made a late booking here when our plans changed and our family group of 11 needed accommodation. Rooms were all very clean. Two rooms fridges not working but both were seen to as soon as asked. My room wasn't fixed but said that was ok could use family next door.
What I was impressed with was the effort made by Ha at reception to track down and contact taxi when I left my money in it. All returned safely before I even got to my room.
Then Ha and Uyen went to lots of effort booking our next destination train travel and hotel accommodation. Not easy with big group.
It's these lovely touches that make the big difference.

Better offers else where

Overcharged. For 2 days the sink didn't work. Old, ceiling falling in. Lamps did not work. Power point in the middle of the head rest.huge front stairs. Arrogant. Twice had to wait for lift full of house keeping and dirty laundry.

my first time at this hotel , very disappointed ,Young Female Receptionist does not respect customers, attitude to guests, room dirty , no fridge and drink in hotel room,Do not hire Motorcycle in here

Nice hotel to stay when you come to Nha Trang

I had booked the sea-view room of this hotel with reasonable cost about two month earlier than my actual trip to Nha Trang. My first impression with this hotel is when i checked in, quite late in the afternoon, there was no receptionist to help us receiving our room. And we had to wait for about five minutes to have someone serving us. So this will be a major minus point to this hotel. However, our nine-floor sea-view room had a breathtaking view that i couldn't ask for more. i could lay in bed to watch the spectacular sunrise of Nha Trand and felt like i was floating on the immense ocean. Our room had an extra bed which is nicely placed by the king-sized bed. The equipment were adequate and well installed.To talk about the location of this hotel, it was extremely convenient because it is in Tran Phu street which has endless beach and diversified travel destinations. Nevertheless, the bathroom was not so comfortable and clean. So i think the general manager should do some upgrade to the bathroom. The breakfast buffet was not various in dishes but it has good quality. To conclude, i highly recommend this hotel's sea-view room for your holiday trip to Nha Trang

Worst hotel in Nha Trang

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The rooms are dirty (found used sanitary products on our floor) and are poorly built. There’s paint/plaster peeling from the roof and walls, mould on the bathroom roof. The staff are rude and abusive. They gave us a quarter roll of toilet paper for our stay. We asked for more when we ran out. They told us we can only have more if we pay 350,000 dong and book the airport shuttle through them or we can’t have toilet paper. This hotel and its management are absolutely disgusting thieves.
