Comfortable accommodation

Excellent accommodation handled by a very friendly family. Clean room with air conditioning and fans. We use the laundry service. Quiet location 5 minutes from the bus station. Breakfast was correct and the coffee very good. We spent one night only on our way to Cuc Phuong.

Ninh Binh-nice hotel near train station

Nice, small, very clean hotel near the train station. Hotel is situated on a small side street, so quiet and little traffic noise. The owner picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Breakfast choices included omelettes and pancakes plus smoothies, coffee, teas and fruit plate. Prompt service at breakfast...his oldest son was quick and efficient. The owner can arrange tours to area and/ or taxi service or scooter rental. He speaks English very well and has a good knowledge of the area. Take note that he can not accompany you into the sites but will organize your tour with guides on-site.
We enjoyed "Crookies" just across the river...wood fired pizzas, if you have had your fill of fried rice and noodles. Canadians take note...ham & pineapple!!!

Top quality customer service!

Couldn't be happier with this family owned business. The facilaity provided us with clean showers and offered to hold our bags for free. The food was excellent, the staff were kind, helpful and spoke clear English. Highly recommend booking an over night bus through the hotel, you won't be let down!.

Wonderful clean, modern hotel with excellent customer service.

We stayed here for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. The staff are very friendly, have good English and offer excellent customer service. The amenities - wifi, hot water, tv are all good. There are bicycles and motorbikes for hire and tour packages available at the best price. The breakfast is delicious and offers a wide choice. Our room was clean modern and had a balcony. As well as all that you can sit outside at tables and enjoy a sense of community with the friendly neighbours. We highly recommend it

Un peu déçu...

La ville de Ninh n’a pas grand intérêt en soi. Déception concernant l’hôtel notamment car les commentaires parlaient du propriétaire qui parlait très bien anglais or nous ne l’avons jamais vu. Le mari ne parlait pas un mot d’anglais et la femme à peine plus. Par contre la chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse et la literie confortable.
