Pure vacation!!
We had a super nice house by the sea with 'level'. The food in the restaurant was.
Outstanding. Top-notch service. Everything one wishes for a relaxing vacation. The private little pool was great. It was larger than expected and a wonderful refreshment.

Best hotel in Phu Quoc
Excellent service especially the LEVEL team, everyone is so energetic, well-trained and full of passion!
The villa is huge and comfortable. Highly recommend hotel with 6 star service and facilities!

Holidays with family
Very spacious villas, well maintained grounds, clean beach. That's it.
6 Too large an area to travel through only by shuttle, which is problematic to cause. You have to wait 15 to 20 minutes. Breakfast seems to have it all, but so tasty - pastries are weak, eggs are fried in an enormous amount of oil, the choice of salads and sauces is limited. The sauces are very thick, the spoon is worth it. Coffee machines break down periodically. Room service food is similarly tacky. Anyway, the kitchen is very weak.
The villa has a kitchen area with a stove, but no dishes. Why???
There's no coffee machine, only a kettle. But a huge dining table for big company.
Guest Services doesn't even know the hours of the restaurants.
Said at 6:00 a.m. you could have breakfast before you left, eventually the restaurant was closed. At the front desk, the employee was rude, saying-- that's your problem.
We were in Nha Trang at two Winpearl hotels, that's where the kitchen was high. Don't go to this hotel with little kids-- boredom.
There's a bar-like booth on the beach.
A young girl has absolutely no idea how to make a piñocolade.
Added lemon juice instead of pineapple juice. It all folded. I had to pour out all five glasses.
Whoever took the all-inclusive system had the entrance to the Ibiza area- where the pool, drinks, music. But that's all and that's not worth the overpayment you'll make for it. All is a different concept here.
I won't recommend the hotel to anyone and I won't come here for sure the second time.

Great Resort, even better people
We had a really lovely stay at Melia Vinpearl Phu Quoc. What made it even more special was the amazing service from the staff.
A big thank you to Hanh, Bao, Anh, and Truc for taking such good care of us. They even remembered our usual drinks and orders, which was such a nice touch. Hanh and Bao were especially friendly and made us feel right at home. Shout to the awesome Tuktuk driver Leo who is naturally warm and engaging.
Also, thank you to the lovely Level reception team: Lily, Joy, Esme, Alice, Jode, and Kim for always being so welcoming and helpful.
The resort is beautiful, but it’s really the people who made our stay memorable. Thank you for making us feel so welcome. We’ll definitely be back! ❤️
