Good Hotel..!

It’s value for money, room is clean and the staff is very nice and helpful specially the Man from overnight shift. 15 mins walk from nearby night market , convenient store at the other side of the street, cheap massage shop near the hotel and 5-10 mins walk at the public beach. A perfect place for us , sure we will be back again…

Bad, and should be beware when booking, wrong information and poor service

They provide bathrobe, slippers that all the plus point about the hotel, staff is impatient, rude, lift is scary like going to breakdown anytime, sound of the aircon is like off service periods for very very long, lucky the bed still sleep well, we staying at level 4, the moment lift open the smell of moldy is crazy bad, we booked seaview, and all we see is crazy construction and building, as the room facing the "seaview" is totally off, room size is like a budget hotel in SG, plus point they provide one time toothbrush, comb ect. But the price and the locations wasn't fantastic even grab can't find it location, pool was small facing the street look funny, think the worst part is the toilet the layout is totally off just weird to have such design.
It should be much cheaper for the overall rating.

Centrally Located Hotel - Good Breakfast

The location of the hotel is very nice, it is centrally located. The hotel has only 1 family room 611 with sea view. Decent standard hotel, dont keep very high expectations. Hotel staff are helpful and breakfast is decent.
Only issue of mosquitos in the room which was taken care by the hotel staff the very first night. Room was cleaned every day and we were satisfied with our stay. As we went for trip and not to enjoy the hotel.

Very Dissapointed form Hotel Staff

Hotel Location is good But staff is very arrogant (Nothing to listin) we have taken Breakfast and sweeper came and clear our table we ask we didn't finish our Breakfast but he didn't stop, and no Indian option available in Breakfast and staff is also very rude specially from Indians.

Very good hotel I recommend

Very good hotel, staff with little care and nice pool. The location is very good and about ten minutes from the market and the port!
