One of the Worst Hotel Stays I’ve Ever Had
The hotel was extremely overpriced for what was offered, and the photos online were very misleading. The rooms and overall building looked nothing like the pictures. We genuinely felt duped — a complete bait and switch.
To make matters worse, the hotel name was not clearly listed on the Agoda reservation, making it difficult to even find the property upon arrival.
The room conditions were unacceptable:
• Dirty beds and linens
• Mold in the bathroom
• Broken fixtures
• Extremely dirty bathtub and overall poor cleanliness
We changed rooms three times, and every room had serious issues. None were acceptable.
Breakfast was mediocre at best, but honestly that was the least of the problems.
We asked for a refund so we could leave and find another hotel, but the staff refused and told us to contact Agoda. We did, but unfortunately no proper resolution was offered.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had.

Not appreciating this hotel.
1. The image is illustrative. Physical facilities down. The walls are broken and there are lots. The refrigerator is cold and smells. The hair is not working. TV is not open.
2. When booking a room you want to check in early you have to pay an extra charge and extra charge more than the money you booked (I booked 560k/day, and need early check-in assistance you have to pay an extra 600k for room reservation)
3. I booked a room through the app, set for 3ng big and 2 kids. When they leave, they will charge an extra charge of 100k for the second baby because only one is free. If there are only two towels in the bathroom, the staff will ask for extra fees.
4. The staff is not enthusiastic to help, we go to the reception desk in front of two foreign visitors they prefer foreign visitors.
5. Room service is cleaned for 3 days.

An embarrassment to Da Nang City Tourisim
IT IS SERIOUSLY THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE BOOKED IN VIETNAM.
They have stopped reviews on Google as it was so bad. The pictures on Agoda etc are years old maybe 10+ and the rooms don't look like the AI glossed up pictures. It is a flithy, unclean run down hovel with mould everywhere in the bathrooms, holes in the sheets, mould spots on the sheets, grime everywhere, shower glass with months of shower soap and dirt, floors sticky, hallways are damaged and wall paper hanging off, rubbish lying about. I refused 3 rooms on check in and another independant traveller also had the same issue and hotel just direct you to the booking apps when to ask for a refund and Management and staff are ignorant and not proffesional and ignore you when you refuse the rooms as i did. Their policy is not to refund you! Its deceptive fraud. They advertise in the pictures a pool, they don't have one just another lie. I had bites on my leg just looking inside the 3 rooms which I sawvin the taxi leaving this dump, 1 starr is being generous and can't give a minus 5 starr rating.No doubt will be rebranded shortly to avoid bad reviews and emergecas something else
It is total embarrassment to Da Nang City and tourism. I didn't have breakfast because I refused the rooms, but if its anything like their cleaning and maintenance I probably would have needed a Doctor,Hospital or at least a pharmacy visit afterwards.
AVOID THIS PLACE OR IT WILL RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY OR BREAK AND WASH YOUR HANDS WHEN YOU LEAVE.

Bad experience
The bathroom was very small, dirty, and full of bugs. It was obvious that the room had not been cleaned or maintained properly. The customer service was also very poor. The staff were not helpful, and they did not seem to care about guests’ concerns.
Overall, this hotel was expensive and absolutely not worth the money. I do not recommend anyone stay here. It was a horrible experience from start to finish, and I will never come back.
