Fantastic stay!
I enjoyed my stay very much! Comfortable bedding, modern fixtures, 2 streets from beach, free water dispenser, and bonus is the washer/ dryer on the top floor for laundry! There’s a lift and 2 terraces where you can hang your clothes outside or indoors.
Mai was very sweet and helpful with all our requests (we extended our stay more than once and she helped with booking and printing our train tickets to Hué).
The only thing is there is some construction around so some noise (but not really bothersome when you keep the windows shut), and the rooms I stayed in are fully or partially blocked due to a container right beside (especially for the rooms ending with 2 or 3), so take note esp if you get room 22 or 32, there is little to no light.
However this did not bother me much as I enjoyed the location very much, considering the fantastic price point and value, and tons of amazing local food on the same street! Would repeat!

Perfect landing pad!
I booked at Casa Rosa for a couple of nights and landed up staying on for 3 months. these rooms are perfect, cute, neat, clean, quiet, spacious, and have everything one could need. Beautiful views of everything: the city, the Son Tra mountains, and the ocean from the well-kept and flowery rooftop. The landlord is amazing! so friendly, welcoming and so helpful - anything you need he has it, including affordable bike rental, my boyfriend and I enjoyed every minute of Casa Rosa's hospitality and will definitely be back - Thank you, Casa Rosa :)

Better than expected

Feeling that this place is very warm like home. And most importantly, next to the sea, less than 3 minutes walk. There are restaurants, cafes around the area, most people here are very kind. Speaking of the receptionist, Mrs. Mai is very lovely, with a reduced price and has upgraded our room from the standard to the top floor by the sea.

Great stay
So much better then the hotels around and Mai will take care of your questions. Free washer and dryer.
Morden and wood interior made me feel comfortable rather then the concrete boxes that are around.
Would recommend and stay again.

Clean, modern, safe
Casa Rosa is a great bargain - a newly refurbished building, the women who I dealt with were pleasant and helpful and I felt safe and comfortable staying there. The facilities were new and all worked well - nice hot shower, comfy bed, big fridge, good TV good airconditioning and ceiling fan - strong wifi that didn't drop!
The cooking area is small but functional - one burner and a couple of pots with nice sharp knives, cutting board and basic set of eating utensils. I was alone so it was fine for me - everything was new and clean. The building has a lift as well as stairs and on the top floor are washing facilities - new and quick washer and dryer. There are also two roof terraces with a few chairs and in the evening there is shade so you could sit up there if you like.
Some of the rooms would have views, but mine didn't - there was a little balcony, but it faced onto a wall and an area where a building has been demolished - I really don't think this is a problem as the studio apartment is such a good deal and is so close to the beach and lots of restaurants...I only say this so people don't expect a view in all the rooms.
The street was quite quiet - I slept very well. There is some building going on in the area at the moment, but not so much that it will disturb you
