The location is quite good, calm road and nearby the main beach My Khe, which is perfect.
The room I got was with no window, bed super hard, felt like sleeping on wood, normally I have no problems in sleeping on hard surfaces, but this was a bit too much. Bathroom is spacious, water with super low pressure, could not manage to get any hot.
Anyway, airco was working.
Staff seemed pretty much happy to avoid any interaction.
Overall: average value for the price

The staff are super friendly.
Shower is good. Aircon okay. My bed was hard, I prefer a softer mattress. The price is good and I would stay here again.

Cheap price

The location was excellent near by the beach. The room was also nice, but the cushion was so hard, really difficult to sleep. The restroom was big and clean. With the price about 9usd, everything was fine!

Меня заселили не в тот номер, который был указан при бронировании. Я выбирала просторный номер с окном. Меня заселили в маленький номер, без окна. Кондиционер нельзя было выключить. Я спросила у управляющего как выключить кондиционер, он предложил мне просто ВЫТАСКИВАТЬ КЛЮЧ, который таким образом выключал бы и свет и все электричество в номере. Пришлось остаться в этом номере, так как я была с дороги, мне нужно было работать, а времени искать другое жилье у меня не было. В номере было грязно, на полу были черные волосы.
