Smell was bad but bearable in toilet and room to toilet impossible to close. You could smell it in the sleeping room. They solved it by using parfume spray but the next time they cleaned the toilet it smelled as bad as before. It must have been the ventilation.

If you would like to stay in a cage and not be able to move around this is the hotel for you. Main front desk receptionist is a jerk.

No service only money that matters

We first booked a hotel in Da Nang for 1 week to find an apartment that we would stay in for 1 month. All hotels/apartments asked for unreasonable prices with the explanation that the TET New Year celebration would start which stressed us out so we chose the Kingdom Hotel apartment in Da Nang. When we moved in it was not like in the pictures/apartment there was a lack of cutlery, glasses, knives, the microwave was not there, the fan above the heating plate (1) was incorrectly mounted and blew air in instead of sucking it which caused a FIRE ALARM luckily no one cared about it like much else in the hotel. The sheets, even though they changed once a week, had holes in them and stains. The only positive thing was the hotel's empathetic value of employing mentally disabled people in the reception who were on mobile phones all day but could not help and answer simple questions such as where the nearest police station is but were not smart enough to salt the bill with hundreds of dollars which we brought to their attention and after long discussions it was changed.

Stayed here for a week, for one there is NO daily
house keeping. The elevator worked like every
other day. the shower is okay, it's just that there is only super boiling hot or cold water barely anything in between, also there is a small window in the bathroom and you cant close because its broken so it constantly smells like greasy oily food from the restaurant next door. Also with the restaurant next door they play loud music until 3am they start playing the loud music at 9am. On the last day I was there I was getting ready to leave and wanted to shower before I left the hotel, I asked for new towels so I can shower and was arguing with he lady at the front desk about how she wasnt able to give me towels because I was close to check out but they were able to give me towels, so why make it an issue? Anyway I wish the stay was better. There are definitely much better options... (edit): here is the argumentative receptionist arguing while claiming/trying to convince that she didnt argue in the first place. Again, terrible customer service, nobody tried to clean the room hence the reason for my review in the first place. The receptionist does not give a good look for the hotel
