Something for a resort vacation

Relatively new hotel from 2024. We were there during the rainy season, the hotel was almost empty, few guests. We mostly had the pool almost to ourselves. The beach was unfortunately full of washed-up trash. The bars were rarely staffed, probably because there was little business. 200m from the hotel there is a small restaurant where you can eat well and cheaply in the evening. There is nothing around the hotel itself, but you can get to the next village in 5 minutes by scooter, 45 minutes on foot, or by transfer.
The staff is friendly all around and always on the ball.
There is not much to do, it is more for a resort vacation and for relaxing.

Had a fantastic stay at Angsana Quan Lạn. The resort is beautiful, with a pristine beach, spacious rooms, and excellent service. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable. A perfect place to relax and escape the crowds. Highly recommended!

Wonderful place

Great hotel. Beautiful beach too. The restaurant is good. This island is a little gem to be protected; there are practically no cars, only small electric vehicles and scooters. It's not easy to get there: a 45-minute drive from Halong Bay followed by a 45-minute boat ride with scenery identical to Halong Bay, but it's worth it and you're well rewarded. A special thank you to Tina at reception who was very professional, kind, and smiling (assisted by Duyen). Thanks also to Ruby who does a very good, professional job in the restaurant, always with a smile. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect. We had dinner once in town, 5km away, enjoying seafood and a delicious dessert. The round trip by electric car cost 300k (the hotel offers 400k), so we decided to use a local driver's services.
Superb hotel. Very beautiful beach also. The restaurant is good. This island is a little wonder to protect, practically no car but small electric vehicles and scooters. It’s not easy to do this: 45 minutes by car from Halong then 45 minutes by boat with landscapes identical to Halong Bay but it is worth it and we are well rewarded. Special thanks to Tina at the reception who was very professional kind and smiling (helped by Duyen) Thanks also to Ruby who does a very good professional job at the restaurant with always smiling. We stayed 3 nights and it was perfect. We dined once in the city 5km from the seafood and a good dessert 300k electric car round trip (the hotel offers 400k) we decided to work a different person from the island.

We really liked the hotel infrastructure, you can rent bikes and go to the village , inside lots of entertainment , rooms clean , staff professionals , Mr. Kurt manager is very attentive to his guests, I would love to come here again

Very underwhelming...has the trappings of a good hotel but that's all!

Disappointed, especially the first day! Overall, the hotel is lacking trained staff. There are not enough people working there and those that are don't exude enthusiasm! The hotel looks good from the outside but when you look closely there are two many glitches: very poor service at the restaurant, the breakfast is a a traumatic, disorganized experience, magnetic room keys frequently bug, the on-site shop seems to open about one hour per week, the adjacent luxury villas are mostly uninhabited and in an advances state of decay and objectively speaking, the hotel just isn't worth the money.
