Please read this feedback if you don't want to make the same mistake as me
An old hotel with degraded interior, hotel service is less than 3/10 points and this is my specific experience: this morning I went to have breakfast and only had a noodle dish and fried rice (bad). When I asked, the staff said "because there are few customers, there aren't many dishes" while I had already paid in full for breakfast. The staff further explained that "due to the small number of customers, the food will be reduced" and I asked. So can I reduce the meal cost because I paid in full but received less than 2/10 of the amount paid? The staff replied "No because this is the hotel's regulations." I realize this is robbery, not accommodation service. I stayed in a triple room (218- March 2-3, 2024) room price 800k
This was a terrible experience when we chose Center Hotel for our business trip, we paid for room and breakfas but they just gave to us 20% breakfast and explained that the OCC low and that all they had (but we paid full and they don' t even refund )

Temper your expectations
Built in 1999, I honestly thought it was older than that, as a 4 star hotel. Ok so I can see how at one time it was “opulent” but that time has passed. Poor maintenance and cleanliness are apparent at ever turn. My first thought when I walked in my room was that at one time this was the hotel of choice for the Party elite…ironically the TripAdvisor description points to this as well.
Positives. The staff are kind and attentive, the breakfast in the morning was good, and my bed was surprisingly comfortable.
I am giving a score of 1. Honestly, a score of 2 is more appropriate but given that the current overall score is 2.5 I feel the need to offset review scores from 10+ years ago.
Given the low cost of approximately $30/night I think it is important to keep some perspective and temper your expectations to match that cost.
