Friendly staff , convenience, services available like massage , scooter hire , front desk activity booking and taxi booking.

Hotel needs some work to look fresh. Staff was not the very helpful, location isn't the best either except if you take the Sapa Express bus which is next door.
The worst part of my stay at the hotel was breakfast. It was disgusting, food looked awful I literally walked out every morning and went to a restaurant.
