Sapa Viettrekking hotel

Nice and tidy place with magnificent views. Rooms were nice and large with storage. No bedside lights though. Restaurant was nicely set out and food was nice. Walking distance to main part of town.

Infested w cockroaches!

staff were friendly but the room is infested with cockroaches!
Customer is also poor since the hotel doesnt even have a manager on duty.
The room also doesnt have a phone so we have to go down the lobby to complain.
Fyi we stayed at room 307.
Book at your own risk!!

Don’t believe the TikTok hype! 1 star

This hotel has been hyped up by TikTok. The rooms and facilities are awful and not well maintained. I would rather stay in travellodge than here. The location is very nice but that’s as far as it goes. Will be checking out immediately and finding alternative hotel to stay in.

+++ WORST HOTEL IN ASIA +++

This hotel in NOT RECOMMENDED for anyone that would like any form (the very least) of luxury. Apon arrival we checked into Room 202. There were so many problems with this room, that their management moved us to room 203. Room 203 was not without problems: 1) The phone was broken. 2) Both the TV and room temperature remotes did not work. 3) The shower drain was clogged 4) The light over the bathroom sink didn’t work. 5) The toilet was dirty. 6) We booked through Agoda (a service to stay clear of) We paid 7,600.00 PHP (pesos) per night – two and ½ times the recommended price advertised by the hotel.
My recommendation, (if you plan to stay in Sapa Vietnam) is to find a different hotel. Throughout all of Asia, and the many hotels that we have stayed in, this was absolutely the worst experience ever.

Not worth it. Overrated. This is by far worst hotel i have been to. Old facilities no TV breakfast is worst very limited choices and taste so bad
