It is Vietnam so locals are always friendly and helpful, this property is located between the tourist areas and the market; about 2 km either side will get you there. Great breakfast and a coffee shop on location. Pool hours are a little limited but other than that it was great.

The hotel reception is situated on a hill, around 7 min walk up. Location is good if you're taking a ferry from HCMC, just 10 min walk away.
However, the hotel is a tad bit old, as you can tell from the furnishings, so there might be things breaking down. Breakfast selection is not good, but included so can't complain much, as long as you only try it for a day.

The hotel is located on a mountain near the embankment, very quiet and cozy, there are only 4 rooms on the floor, there were almost no people. There is breakfast with a sea view. The price on weekdays is $22, on weekends $28
