Room is old and look different to pictures. There are many mosquitoes in the cabinet. Floor wood is cracking. Bed is not comfortable.

Check-in was difficult. She couldn’t find our reservation and wouldn’t accept my confirmation number or email from Expedia. After waiting for an hour, she refused my request for a manager. She finally contacted them after I asked for her name and said we were going to another hotel. The sales manager found the reservation right away. The staff person continued to blame her computer and the sales manager for the trouble.
So after an hour to check in with my girlfriend translating the whole time, we could care less about the room. It was okay, but nothing special. A good value hotel overall.
