A Wonderful Experience at Nan House Ninh Binh
I had a wonderful experience at Nan House Ninh Binh. The place is peaceful, surrounded by beautiful greenery, and very close to nature, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed. It felt very comfortable and welcoming.
The owner and the staff were all very friendly, warm, and helpful. I especially loved the peaceful atmosphere here — waking up in the morning felt incredibly refreshing and relaxing. The location is also convenient for getting to the nearby attractions.
I would definitely recommend Nan House if you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to stay and truly enjoy your time in Ninh Binh. I’ll definitely come back if I have the chance to visit Ninh Binh again!

Very nice and comfortable
Very clean room. Anh tuan le very good manager. He helped us a lot and supported us everywhere he could. Bicycles available for free rental.

Honestly, we cannot say enough about Nan House Tam Coc.
From the very first moment, the communication with Ha on WhatsApp was warm, personal, and caring. We were looking for a calm, welcoming homestay where we could relax during our travels with our two children — and this place was more than we could have imagined.
Tuan and Ha hosted us with so much heart and gave us such a welcoming feeling. They bonded with our kids and with us, took the children fishing, and helped with everything with such warmth and kindness. It was also such a pleasure to meet their son, who came home for the holidays from his university studies in Hoi An.
The homestay itself is incredibly thoughtfully designed. Built from scratch by Tuan and his family only six years ago, the rooms are actually much nicer than the booking photos — beautifully decorated with bamboo and furniture made from jungle wood, with little details everywhere that show so much love and care.
The whole atmosphere was simply: relax and feel at home. The place is small, cozy, and peaceful, with a refreshing pool in the front, fish ponds and sitting areas in the back, and many quiet little corners in between the rooms to sit and unwind. Around the ponds are tropical trees, plants, and plantations, with a little sitting area in the middle of the pond.
The beds were extremely comfortable — we slept so well here. Great sheets, soft towels, daily cleaning, and excellent breakfasts chosen from a menu each morning. Coffee and tea were available all day.
The location was perfect for us. It is on a quiet, friendly street away from the more hectic main road, but still close to everything. With the free bikes available, it was so easy and fun to just ride independently through the rice fields and local roads. Most attractions are only around 20 minutes away by bike, which gave us such a local and authentic feeling.
We were lucky to stay during the Reunification holiday and got to experience so many local celebrations. We saw the festive parades of local families going from the center toward Thai Vi Temple, watched rehearsals and performances, and saw children and families everywhere laughing, celebrating, and playing together. The rice fields were unbelievably green and beautiful during this time.
The only negative thing we can say is that we did not stay longer — even though we already stayed longer than many people do (4 days!).
We truly hope to come back one day to Tam Coc and to Nan House. Thank you so much, Tuan and Ha, for making our family feel so welcome.

Super nice stay with fantastic host!
Stayed two nights. Spacious large room with balcony and all facilities. Daily tasty and fresh breakfast with a choice of 8 menus. In addition, wide choice of local fresh dishes for dinner. Very nice service and an extremely nice and thoughtful owner who speaks good English. We have had a very pleasant stay!
